Helen Scott is Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate English Studies at the University of Vermontnin Burlington. She
edited The Essential Rosa Luxemburg (Haymarket, 2008), and is the author of Caribbean Women Writers and Globalization (Ashgate, 2006), “Lenin and Luxemburg,”(ISR 59, May-June
2008), and “The Mark Twain They Didn’t Teach Us in
